Personal Training is a great way to see rapid results.

Our friendly female personal trainers will make sure you are getting the most out of your time in the gym.  They will provide the information, motivation & inspiration you need to get your body performing and looking the way you have always dreamed of.

Due to the success of these sessions we have many professional referrals from G.P's, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists. These members are also able to use the gym equipment because F.I.T. has invested in specialist HUR equipment which provides a gentle and safe weight bearing exercise to strengthen the body to aid recovery.  We are the only specialist centre in Oxford to provide this unique service.
