The team are very supportive, informative and approachable to help you achieve your goals you want. Since joining F.I.T. I have lost one and half stone and dropped 2 dress sizes, an unexpected bonus. Another positive side effect has been the elimination of lower back pain. Overall I feel stronger, more toned and more energetic. All in just a half hour workout a few times a week. The gym is friendly and relaxed and there is always laughter ringing out from somewhere! Advice is also given on nutrition and eating habits, so coupled with healthy eating (not diets!) it is great value for money.
