I've been a member for over 2 years now and I can promise you if you want results then F.I.T. (Fitness In Time) is for you.  The team are very supportive, informative and approachable to help you achieve your goals you want.  Not only have I lost weight and really toned up, I have more confidence, improved in my fitness levels and have tons more energy.  I also do the P.T. sessions which are more intense and are my favorite! I have been to other gyms and no other compares with FIT, this program is designed to give you the results you want in just 30 minutes, 3 times a week, and trust me it WORKS!

 

Since joining F.I.T. I have lost one and half stone and dropped 2 dress sizes, an unexpected bonus. Another positive side effect has been the elimination of lower back pain. Overall I feel stronger, more toned and more energetic. All in just a half hour workout a few times a week. The gym is friendly and relaxed and there is always laughter ringing out from somewhere! Advice is also given on nutrition and eating habits, so coupled with healthy eating (not diets!) it is great value for money.
