How to find us
The car park is situated to the right hand side of the building and accessed via Thames View where you will find ample free parking. Barton Mill is at the top end of Audlett Drive, near Snakes & Ladders and Waitrose.  The town centre is only a 5 minute walk. Fitness In Time occupies the first floor unit which is on the corner of Audlett Drive and Thames View.

My name is Jemma and In December I am climbing Mt Kilimanjaro for the charity I work for ‘Against Breast Cancer’ based just off Audlett Drive in Abingdon. Against Breast Cancer is a unique breast cancer charity seeking a vaccine Against Breast Cancer which would be given to pubescent girls with the aim of a future free of breast cancer. I have decided to take on a real challenge and climb Kilimanjaro and hope to raise £10,000 for the charity.

The team at Fitness in Time are being a great support in terms of helping me keep motivated and train hard! I am not only doing the challenge to raise money for a genuinely fantastic cause but to keep healthy as diet and lifestyle is an important strand of our research. As someone who used to be medically obese I understand the importance of looking after your health and fitness as it is so important in preventing cancers, diabetes, stress the list goes on.
