Get fit in just 30-minutes with our

state-of-the-art circuit!

All of our gyms are based around a 30-minute circuit, so our programmes are easy to follow, easy to fit in your day and the perfect way to get healthy. We provide a mixture of the three most important elements of fitness:

  • Cardiovascular - For the heart & lungs

  • Resistance - For improving strength, toning muscles and burning calories

  • Flexibility - To help maintain and improve mobility.

To get the best results we advise our members to come in for a workout 2-3 times per week, but any exercise is better than no exercise!  Our 30-minute circuit ensures you are getting the most out of your time at the gym, and as it is a circuit, you will never have to queue for equipment or worry about what exercise to do next!

We will write you an easy-to-follow programme which is specific for your body. Here are the types of exercise you can expect to do!

Cardio

Cardio exercises get your heart and lungs working, and the blood pumping around your body!  We always do a light cardio warm-up and we will include it in your programme if you want to improve your cardiovascular fitness.  This can be done on our comfortable recumbent bikes,  rowing machines, or through activities such as skipping or step-ups.

Cardio is anything which gets your blood pumping and gets you a little out-of-breath!

Resistance

Our machines are unlike anything you will find at other gyms!

We use state-of-the-art equipment which uses air pressure as the resistance, so there are no clanking weights, they are easy to use, and kinder on your joints.

The resistance exercises improve strength, tone your muscles, burn calories and get your body looking and working the way you want it to!

Our circuit is a full-body workout, so we make sure every muscle gets  attention and you are exercising at the right level to reach your goals

Target Exercises

This is where Fitness In Time really stands out from the crowd.  Unlike most gyms who give the same programme to everyone, we tailor an individual programme based on what you want to work on, and give you the exercises to target those areas.   Our friendly female personal trainers all have an encyclopedia of knowledge, so can give you advice on how to tackle those problem areas.

We work closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors and GPs, so if you do have an injury or ongoing concern, come and have a chat with us and we can put it right!

Core & Flexibility

Don't forget that core strength & flexibility are important parts of being fit & healthy!  Our circuit always includes some stretching to help you stay supple and avoid injuries, and no workout is complete without making sure you have a strong core!

Our circuit takes exactly 30 minutes to complete, so it is easy to fit into your day.  The goverments CMO's advice is that adults in the United Kingdon should be doing 150 minutes of exercise per week to stay healthy.  Our circuit ticks all of the boxes to live a healthy lifestyle, and combined with a healthy eating plan, is the perfect way to slim down and tone up, ensuring you are looking and feeling as good as possible.

We really do appreciate that joining a gym can be a big and potentially scary step, so we do our best to make sure you have nothing to fear.  Our friendly personal trainers will guide you through every step. Please contact us and come in for a free guest visit so we can show you around, talk you through everything we do and explain our different memberships.  There is no obligation to join, and we have a suitable membership for everyone
