Personal training sessions are not about doing star-jumps and being screamed at by a drill sergeant! PT sessions at Fitness In Time are a great way to give yourself an excellent workout and also to try something new. A PT session could be doing some high intensity cardio, some free-weight exercises or we can do a legs, bums and tums session, or it could even be a chat about nutrition.

The point is that it is personal to you! The added benefit is that you get the support of one of the team whilst you do it!

Your first session is completely free, and then if you decide to have more we are much cheaper then any other trainers in the area. Sessions are just £15 each, or you can book a course of 4 for just £50
