Reviews - Keep the results coming!

As always, please remember to book in your monthly reviews. A mini-review should be had approximately every 4-5 weeks where we can track your measurements and keep you motivated, and a full review every 8-12 weeks where we can reassess your programme, give you new target exercises and make sure you keep reaching your goals!

If you have been doing the same routine for a little while, then it would be great to get you booked in for a review! They are completely free with your membership, and it is no secret that the members who have regular reviews are the ones who get the best results!
