Healthy Nails
Winter time can be a harsh time of year for our hands and skin. To maintain healthy nails we need to start with a healthy diet, rich in Omega oils (found in oily fish and Tofu), vegetables, fruit and salad leaves.
Our nails are made up of a protein called Keratin which also can be found in our hair and skin.
Using hand lotion/cream can be an excellent way of maintaining healthy hands and nails.
