Come and join in with our famous stretch, mobility and relaxation workshops!
The workshops are a 2 hour session with Debbie to help you relax, de-stress, improve flexibility & mobility and have a few hours of me-time. It is suitable for all levels, so please come along.
Movement, stretches and iMoveFreely (TM) techniques to help you move better and reduce low grade aches and pains. Followed by a short guided relaxation and positivity session.
We finish off the classes with a cuppa and a chance to go through some stretches/ useful exercises on an individual basis.
The first session will be held at Fitness in Time: 25th February 2-4pm £8 per session.
