Squat Challenge!
How many body weight squats can you do in 2 minutes?
A nice simple challenge for you to complete this month. Simple, but definitely not easy!
Remember to record your total on the record sheet, and they can either be freestyle squats or with a chair.
Rules And Reminders
Ask a member of staff to demonstrate for you first
Check the depth of your squat before you start, and decide if you are going to use a chair
Weight on your heels
Bottom back
Chest up
Look forward (not down)
Don't push your knees forward.
