Curcumin, ginger and cinnamon have anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce the severity, and chances of these diseases forming.
Boosts immunity – antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties are found in curcumin, which may help fight off sickness and infection by building and keeping a strong immune system. Cinnamon and ginger also have great immune boosting properties!
Helps digestion – curcumin can reduce stomach cramping and symptoms of gastro and bowel disorders, along with coconut oil helping to soothe the digestive tract.
Controls cholesterol levels – curcumin and coconut oil has been shown to reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase HDL (good) cholesterol. Good cholesterol helps to remove buildup in your arteries, which helps in cardiovascular health.
