The Glutes (Bum) are a really important group of muscles - and not just for sitting on!
It's one of the strongest groups of muscles in the body and is reponsible for most movements of the hips and thighs.
Standing up from a sitting position, climbing stairs, and staying in an erect position are all aided by the gluteus maximus - so don't neglect them.
